Event Description:

Have you ever wondered WHO it takes to make windows?  Marvin invites you to tour the Marvin manufacturing facility in Warroad. Learn about all the jobs it takes to make windows while seeing the process of how they are made. Manufacturing emphasis will be on how Marvin utilizes automation and robotics as well as the craftsmanship required by human hands that goes into Marvin’s Made to Order, Round Tops, and Ultimate Casement products. Parking is available in the main lot at 802 State Ave, located on northside of HWY 11. Enter through the Human Resources Door, S-10

 

Restrictions

Close-toed shoes and long pants are required. PPE will be provided. Note: This is a 60–75-minute walking tour on concrete and includes stairs.

The Tour Experience

Address: 802 State Ave., Warroad, MN (located on northside of HWY 11)

When: Wednesdays in October (alternate dates may be accommodated)

• Enter through the Human Resources Door, S-10

• Students will be welcomed and outfitted with headsets

• Tour the facility – stops include production, operations, HR, and more!

• Return to HR for wrap-up and snack
